Kelly Construction has a wide variety of homes being built at any given time. In each of our floor plans you will find many floor plan upgrades that you will love! Here are our top 4 floor plan upgrades that we use during the Kelly Construction process.

Location

We put a lot of time and effort into making sure the location of the home is desirable. Good school districts, convenience and highly sought after developments are just a few of the things considered when picking a location. 

Space

Spacious floor plans with an abundance of natural light and tall ceilings are a must! After those are checked off the list, we begin considering other finishes we would like to upgrade.

Kitchen

Another area we tend to do the most upgrades would be in the kitchen. Most of our kitchens come with custom built cabinets, quartz countertops, substantial islands, a pantry and so much more! To finish it off off, there are designer lights, plumbing fixtures and hardware. All of this gives you function and beauty! 

Master Suite

Big beautiful bathrooms will never go out of style. We love to give homeowners a walk-in closet, tiled shower, heated tile floors, double vanities and most of our floor plans feature a soaker tub. These are also finished with designer lights, plumbing fixtures and quartz countertops.
