New Year Goals, New Hires and New Market
Last year was certainly another year for the books! As with most industries, in 2021 we continued to see quite a few ups and downs. After battling through price increases and long lead times, the housing-need stayed strong in all of our markets (Sioux Falls, Omaha, Sioux City and surrounding areas). Our team at Kelly Construction knocked it out of the park!
Over the past year we put a large focus on refining and perfecting our product offerings. We listened to past and current clients for feedback on our floor plans and designs to ensure we stay on the leading edge of what people are looking for out of their home. Looking ahead to 2022, it looks as though the housing market will continue to stay strong throughout our three markets. We have a lot of amazing things in the works this year and we look forward to continuing to share details! From The Courtyards at Golden Gateway, new land development opportunities and all new floor plan product offerings, it will be an exciting year for sure. Along with our new offerings and rapid growth in all of our markets, we continue to think, “Where to next?!”
With our new plans and new goals for 2022 we are excited to be adding to our team. We are currently hiring for a seasoned Construction Estimator, as well as a Residential Project Manager.
