The Spring Parade of Homes is almost here. Even if you aren't from Sioux Falls and are interested in our floor plans, it would be worth the road trip.

What is the Parade of Homes?

Parade of Homes offers you the opportunity to tour newly built homes in various price ranges throughout the Sioux Empire. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in new homes to get ideas, meet with builders firsthand and catch up on the latest home decorating and design trends. 

Kelly Construction Parade Home #1 - Farmhouse Chestnut Floor Plan

First off, we have our moody farmhouse design style on our Farmhouse Chestnut floor plan. This is the first time a Farmhouse Chestnut floor plan has been built in Sioux Falls. If you love farmhouse, but prefer those deeper darker richer tones, this is right up your alley! Two tone cabinets and shiplap accents are a few favorite features in this home.

Kelly Construction Parade Home #2 - Magnolia Floor Plan

Next, we have our Magnolia floor plan. This floor plan has all the cozy vibes. If you like all things light and bright, you will love this home. Some features you will find include heavily textured stone, expressive tile, European oak hardwood floors and fun shiplap.

Kelly Construction Parade Home #3 - Juniper Floor Plan

Finally, right next door you will find our Juniper floor plan. This floor plan is our self-declared modern masterpiece. If you are a fan of modern and love an edgy designer style, don't miss this one! The dramatic exterior gives you a little taste of what to expect inside. Some favorite features include the gourmet kitchen, outdoor fireplace on the deck, incredible lighting and multiple fireplaces.

This is going to be our biggest and best Parade of Homes yet! All three of these homes are nicely clustered together so it will be extra convenient for you to check them all out. We can’t wait to kick off 2022’s Spring Parade of Homes with you!
