Technology Enhancing the Client Experience - Courtyards at Golden Gateway

Courtyards at Golden Gateway, our brand new Epcon community in Sioux Falls, is officially open for reservations and beginning construction of new homes. I am excited to share a bit about how we are utilizing Higharc, the all-in-one homebuilding platform, to streamline the process from sales to construction-ready documents.

Higharc's software solution seamlessly creates and integrates everything needed to design a home, sell it (in 3D) and begin building. Most importantly, Higharc's platform automates every step of the homebuilding process to eliminate material waste and costly errors which improves customer experience and ultimately delivers better built homes.

From the beginning, we will be able to give our buyers a real time 3D view of their home as they are making selections. This allows clients to have real time interaction to see how adding a bonus room above the garage, including exterior stone or selecting different paint colors could change the look and feel of their home.

Using this advanced platform allows our clients more confidence in their choices, and as a builder, it will give us construction-ready documents immediately based on their selections. This results in a quicker submittal time for permit and allows us to shorten that timeline from contract signing to hole in the ground. For anxious buyers, this can positively set the tone for the rest of the build!
