Nate's Notes: Floor Plan Refresh

Here at Kelly Construction we do our best to continue to improve our floor plans to better suit buyers preferences. We realize that everyone has a different style they want portrayed out of their home and different functionality they need out of their home. Whether it is an extra half bath for guests since you entertain often, or perhaps a home office and separate place for the kids, one of our floor plans is sure to satisfy your needs.

One of the most recent options we added to one of our stock plans is giving it a Farmhouse exterior look. Our Poplar floor plan has been one of our top sellers for some time, however, the current style certainly does not suit everyone. Adding in the Popular Farmhouse look was a no brainer!
