“From the very beginning, we felt like the team at the Courtyards at Golden Gateway, developed by Kelly Construction, really listened to what we wanted. The design process was exciting without ever feeling overwhelming. Stephanie helped us work through every selection, offered thoughtful ideas, and made sure the home still felt like us.
We loved being able to personalize the details while having an experienced team guide us along the way. Now that we’re in our home, we can see how all of those decisions came together. We couldn’t be happier with the experience or with our decision to call the Courtyards at Golden Gateway, and amazing 55+ community in Sioux Falls, home.”
High quality homes in Sioux Falls, builder takes pride in the work done. Very detail orientated.
We built our home with Kelly Construction and couldn’t be happier! From the first meeting to the final handover, everything was well organized and professional. The team is honest, reliable, and truly delivers on their promises. The quality of the work is excellent, and they were always flexible with our requests.
Kelly Construction saved us from terrible experiences we had with * and * Homes in Omaha. The finishes on their houses are high, they offer things other companies up charged massively (heated floors, dual shower heads, and soft close cabinets everywhere!!). Everything was so thought out in their design and the passion of their employees was evident. They are very responsive and take pride in their work. We have had our Kelly house since May and are still in love, would definitely recommend! Great company to work with.
