Kelly Construction builds expertly designed semi-custom homes with thoughtful flow and layout in the Sioux City, Omaha, and Sioux Falls metro areas. As our Accounting Assistant, you will assist us with the money side of our business. In a nutshell, if you possess the deep down desire to help others while being a watchdog of the money, let’s talk.
A day in the life:
Collecting credit cards receipts
Balancing the books
Reviewing the Invoices Billed vs Budget
Entering bank loan payments
Entering invoices and lien waivers
Problem solving when things are not correct
What you need to be good at:
Details. You have to be hyper-attentive-to-detail as you are the final set of eyes on the transaction.
Trustworthy. Reliable, responsible and open to asking questions to find the answer.
You’ll need past experience working with computers, telephone, copy machine, scanner.
You can answer the phone, respond to email, and have a face-to-face conversation at the same time, all while staying cool as a cucumber.
You have to have a passion for numbers, auditing and bookkeeping.
Work well with a diverse team.
It would be great if you spoke a second language. Or third! But this isn’t required.
When we need you:
Office location is 719 N Sioux Point Rd, Dakota Dunes, SD 57049. Regularly scheduled 40 hour work-week shall consist of hours Monday through Friday.
