Fall Open House, Fall Drinks & Moen Faucet Giveaway to one lucky attendee

Join us Saturday, October 24 from 11 AM–1 PM for a fall open house featuring two Kelly Construction homes in Sioux Falls. Stop by one or make both stops.

At 6605 E Hawker Cir, tour our spacious Poplar Farmhouse with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3,725 sq. ft., plus a cul-de-sac setting with preserve views. It’s a great opportunity to see a finished Kelly Construction home and experience the layout, design and finishes in person.

At 1628 N Rosemary Ave, tour the Portico model home at Courtyards at Golden Gateway and see how the private courtyard connects indoor and outdoor living. You can also learn more about the 55+ lifestyle, including the clubhouse, pool, pickleball, golf simulator and low-maintenance community amenities.

We’ll have fall drinks and snacks at both locations, plus a giveaway sponsored by Moen. Every attendee can enter for a chance to win a Moen faucet or shower system valued up to $400.
