From the very beginning, we felt like the team at the Courtyards at Golden Gateway, developed by Kelly Construction, really listened to what we wanted. The design process was exciting without ever feeling overwhelming. Stephanie helped us work through every selection, offered thoughtful ideas, and made sure the home still felt like us. We loved being able to personalize the details while having an experienced team guide us along the way. Now that we’re in our home, we can see how all of those decisions came together. We couldn’t be happier with the experience or with our decision to call the Courtyards at Golden Gateway, and amazing 55+ community in Sioux Falls, home.

Since moving here almost 2 years ago we've had an ongoing debate as to which we enjoy more - our new house or our new neighbors. But really the house could have been built anywhere so the answer has to be all of our new friends and neighbors. In addition to the social functions at the clubhouse we have found ourselves in many impromptu gatherings both in our courtyard and while out for a walk. It's a pretty special place because everyone is so friendly and fun to be around.
