The Model Home at The Courtyards at Golden Gateway Is Now Open!
What an exciting time in Sioux Falls! We have been working hard on this project and finally have our model home complete to share how remarkable these homes are!
We recently had our Grand Opening and it was wonderful! If you were not able to make it and would like to come see it in person for yourself we would love to have you! We have on-site hours for your convenience and you can also set up an appointment with Heather to be sure she is available when you arrive!
A few of my personal favorite features in this home are:
The courtyard - This is kind of the signature feature in the Epcon floor plans. They are at the center of the home and give you wonderful privacy as well as fantastic views throughout the home. It is a cozy place to soak up some sun and relax with all the extra time you will have from the no maintenance living.
Natural light - The main effect of this is that your home can appear larger. Natural light is a great asset to any home space. It has the ability to elevate moods and rejuvenate the aesthetic appeal of any room. It is a staple in all Kelly Construction homes!
Designer finishes - We have spent many hours curating the simplified version of options for you to personalize the home to your liking. Many of the homeowners who have been through this process have loved how they can get the high style low stress experience we strived for!
Bonus rooms - Once you see them you will know why they are a favorite! If you want to downsize but still want room for guests this is the perfect solution! I am confident your guests will love it so much they might not want to leave!
