We are excited to now offer oversized garages as a standard feature on every floor plan! Bring all your toys or create a man-cave that your neighbors will envy. Regardless of how you use the space, we are sure it’ll quickly become a favorite part of your new home. 

Not only are our standard 3-stall garages expanding in size, we have also expanded our 4-stall garage options. Our Hawthorne, Poplar and Farmhouse Poplar floor plans all have a 4-stall option. This change now makes our minimum garage size 970 square feet and provides options up to 1,130 square feet.

Don’t worry, there is no need to compromise anything else on your list of must-haves! We are keeping our exceptional kitchens and luxurious primary suites as standard features, as well. Everything you love about a Kelly Construction home just got better with added garage space.
